Do I need to buy a new domain?
No. You can use a domain you already own and add a few DNS records at your domain provider — we show you exactly what to add and check it for you. If you don’t have a domain yet, you can register one from your dashboard.
Can I use Outlook, Apple Mail or my phone?
Yes. Any app that supports IMAP and SMTP works, including Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and the mail apps on iPhone and Android. Your dashboard shows the settings, and iPhone and Mac users can download a one-tap setup profile.
Where do I read my email in a browser?
Sign in to webmail at mail.whysharedmail.com with your full email address and mailbox password.
What happens if I cancel?
Your email keeps working until the end of the period you’ve paid for. You can download your mail with any email app before it ends.
Who handles billing?
WhySharedMail is a service of WhyShared. Invoices and payments are handled securely through the WhyShared billing system, in Indian rupees.
